1.Basic Maintenance Service

4,500 Baht/month
  • Pool cleaning service once a week.
  • Gardening maintenance service.
  • Expenditure quarterly report.
  • Quotations for maintenance and repairs.
  • Monthly maintenance service report.
  • A reserve fund fee of 20,000 baht is required for this service.
  • It is not applicable for any villa in the rental programs

2.Basic Plus Maintenance Service

7,000 Baht/month
  • Pool cleaning service once a week.
  • Gardening maintenance service.
  • Maid service twice a month (linen and dish washing upon request).
  • Air-condition running check once a week.
  • Supervise soil anti-termite treatment and pest control service.
  • Expenditure quarterly report
  • Quotations for maintenance and repairs.
  • Monthly maintenance service report.
  • A reserve fund fee of 30,000 baht is required for this service.
  • It is not applicable for any villa in the rental programs

3. Rental Management Service

12,000 Baht/month
  • Pool cleaning service three times/week.
  • Gardening maintenance service.
  • Maid service once a week (linen and dish washing upon request).
  • Utilities & Property check once a week.
  • Supervise soil anti-termite treatment and pest control service.
  • Expenditure quarterly report.
  • Quotations for maintenance and repairs.
  • Monthly maintenance and repair report.
  • Rental management and administrative task such as dealing with inquires, handling complaints, keeping reservation record, taking all rental payment.
  • Provide welcome pack for the tenant.
  • A reserve fund fee of 50,000 baht is required for this service.
  • It is compulsory for villa in the rental programs
